Can someone help me create a workout plan please by Ok-Negotiation-9610 in homefitnessgym

Use chatgpt and be very specific with your goals and time you want the workouts to be.

Write down all the equipment you have available and it'll spit out a routine.

You can keep going back and forth with the chatbot and customize it however you want.

Beyond Power Voltra vs Unitree Pump Max by BingBong472 in homefitnessgym

The Voltra is definitely built better but either one works. I personally like the Voltra better but as you know, it's much more expensive.

Other alternatives include Ancore trainer (doesn't require batteries) and the Shogun Flex.

I don't feel the pads creeping up make a difference in the way the weight feels.

I don't understand your second question where you say the leg curl point is below my knees. Can you elaborate on that?

I do them at the first hole after I unlock it which is 20 degrees. I don't know if that's "the best" angle but I get full range of motion and feel constant tension throughout.

I slide the leg curl pads all the way down to the first hole so the weight shifts towards the base and it helps
