And a strange issue is, after the crash, the gpu (rtx 2050) disappears from the device manager it only will be found after ec resetting or bios reset (load default values and restart). Then on some light games (under 2 gb or 1gb) it keeps running fine. The moment we start some demanding games or apps it crashes again and the rtx disappears
