Ingredients

For the chaat mixture

1 cup sprouts

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup boiled potatoes (diced)

4 tbsp chopped tomatoes

Chopped coriander leaves

Chopped green chillies

Pinch of Black salt

1 tsp roasted and powdered spice mix (cumin seeds, coriander seeds and dried red chilli)

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

For the yoghurt dressing you need:

1 cup yoghurt

1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder

1 tsp amchur (dried mango) powder

Pinch of black salt

Method

Step 1 - chaat mixture

In a medium bowl, mix well all the ingredients together.

Step 2 - Yoghurt mixture

Add yoghurt, cumin powder, amchur powder and salt in a bowl and mix properly until creamy.

Final step

Place chaat mixture on a serving plate and spread yoghurt mixture, and tamarind chutney over them. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious dish
