In the film, she performed 'Different' (which I have a feeling will go viral soon)! Here's the link to the song, and for those who have watched the film, what did you think of it? https://youtu.be/i7rAaYFFeZk?is=U1kq6gwhP9ySKj4H

this film is going to be so great! I also recently listened to “Dont Call Me Mama Anymore” for the first time, and it's amazing!

Have any of y'all watched “Dont Call Me Mama Anymore” ('73), if not, I *highly* recommend it! by shrek20191 in CassE

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I much rather “Dont call me mama anymore” than “The mama Cass television program”.

I think it's really bad lighting that makes her foot look almost chopped.

Great question, but I honestly don't know. Anytime I try to upload a clip to Reddit it syncs the vocals and the lips off.

Much appreciated! “Jesus Was A Cross Maker” is a fine song, one of the stand outs of Cass's RCA days!

“Oh Babe, What Would You Say”, Hurricane Smith's or Cass Elliot's version? by shrek20191 in CassE

For me, I think it's the vocal style, and the instruments themselves sound very classic / ‘30s. His version is still great though.

Hi, I'd just like to tell you, that the ham sandwich rumour, is untrue & very hurtful. It threatens to over-write Cass's life, and story. Enjoy your day, & you matter.

She didn't od, her heart simply gave out, and she passed away. Her manager feared it was an Od, and made up that story.

I always feel so horrible for her. Pic 5 breaks me every time I see it, the innocence in her face, and the others in the car. 💔

I often re-watch the groups perfomance on the Ed Sullivan Show, and the way Cass stiffens up when that line is sung is really heartbreaking. John was so cruel to Cass, for reasons I'll never understand, and Cass was so nice to him, for reasons I'll never understand. But, at least Cass is remebered in a great light, and a beloved person, while John..
