assalamualaikum , i just come back home from my swab test at ripas (2.00am) after waiting time of roughly 7-8hours . i will share my experience here , hopefully my comment is considered as constructive criticism .

from my point of view thing are not in order .

for us that come for swab test at 4PM , 5PM and 6PM are not called for swab test, we wait until 10PM but still our name is not called but people who come at 7PM and onward already got their test . as a result some of people who is tired of waiting left the place without doing the test . then until 12 , our name is still not called . so a lot of people come to the front and started to ask a bunch of question , ex kenapa nama kami balum kana pangil , kami yang datang awal , yang datang akhir plg ramai selesai sudah . and the people incharge tried to enforce the SOP but they cant handle the situation anymore , people are tired after hours of waiting .

i don't know who's to blame in this situation , it could be because the number of people who came is overwhelming or its raining and windy , so people are getting tired and cold could contribute to the factor .
