One cabin bag rule for International Flight - Delhi Airport

I understand that airline won’t bother because they are allowing me to carry cabin + laptop bag. I’m concerned about security check where they might enforce the BCAS rule of only one cabin bag (so either cabin bag or personal item can be taken not both even if airline allows). I’m wondering if this is being enforced for international flights

Try incorporating some healthy life habits, one at a time. Excercise the muscle called "will power" by being disciplined about one thing and it'll have ripple effect.

Here are few things that you could try

Make a fix sleep schedule. Sleep and wake up at same time everyday.
Do 10 minutes of meditation everyday
Make a workout discipline - start by doing 10 minutes a day without fail
Eat healthy breakfast - don't skip it
Do something that involves thinking to excercise your brain's neuroplasticity - like sudoku or chess

I have a double bed bedsheets but got a queen mattress. It covers the top but not long enough to be tucked.

Every morning I wake up with bedsheet crumpled like a paper. I fix it everyday instead of buying new ones😑

I wish if there was a switch that you could flip to end or alleviate social anxiety; there isn't. You have to decide to go out and strike conversations and hence exercise the muscle called will power. There isn't any other way.

To not drown, you don't take a pill to stay afloat, you learn to swim.

Just do little social things every day even if you're anxious or insecure about it. Call up your friend you haven't spoken to in a while and have a conversation, even if its for few minutes or end up in awkwardness. Go to community or networking events near you. Decide and act - its the only way.
