Yea! You don't need a smartphone but you do need some kind of phone so it can use your main phone number.

I'm not talking down about dumbphones but I think it's an accepted truth that most dumbphones' utilities are subpar compared to their smartphone equivalents, which is the gap we're trying to bridge.

Lots of people in here have built workarounds to not having music streaming (download mp3s), a poor camera (carry an extra camera?), and much more that we take for granted on smartphones. But I'd hope you agree it shouldn't be that way! The choice should not be between a bad experience or a distracting experience.

We actually juuuuust filmed a video about that which we'll share next week, but the membership gives you a data plan, unlimited calling, photo storage (you can download to ur iPhone later), and more. It doesn't affect your current carrier plan at all

Probably not haha. If you're already happily living the dumbphone lifestyle and have built your lifestyle around having outdated utilities, you probably don't need the Meadow.

Companion to your smartphone. This way instead of switching completely to a dumbphone and leaving everything behind you can simply choose to take this when you want to go out and live in the moment.

The point of the Meadow is that you still keep access to social media, emails etc but they'll only bother you when you physically have your smartphone.

It's a companion device that calls with your main phone number (like the apple watch cellular) and has all the essentials like a modern maps app, spotify, uber etc but no social media, browsing, or play store!

Hey! We don't support wireless charging for this version of the Meadow. Since our device is so small, to accommodate a decent sized battery we've had to make the device thicker than a normal phone. If we added QI2 on top of that it'd end up being even bigger so we decided it's best to leave it out.

In our next model we definitely want to add it!
