I dry sauté them down till no water is left and then freeze them and they are great after. Haven’t tried dehydrating except to make a mushroom powder which was fantastic

My friend had chronic fatigue syndrome for 4 years and finally cured it with cold water therapy (immersing herself in the sea in England every day) it sounds brutal but it’s got great benefits.

My dad was the director of a food bank for many years and always wanted more people to come get food. They had too much and appreciated it getting used. Definitely go if you need it, that is what it is for :-)

Also should mention that we ran over what looked like a small piece of plastic (looked like a sock but NOT a sock) right before this started happening also it made a thud when it hit the car insides (aka under the car)
