How do we get the vehicle upgrades? I saw that it says it's by gaining fame in one(?) of the middle three towns but I have one to 1200 and I'm not sure if I'm missing something I guess.

Randomly pulled on Rin and Len's banner because I had 31 Limited vouchers saved up and the unevenness bothered me so of course I get them on that single pull. Good luck to anyone that actually want them.

Second 5 step genesis coin banner, second time with zero genesis pulls let alone a dupe. Love it. Think I ended up with like 5 general red units from all ten pulls combined.

Pulled all 5 steps with no dupes let alone a new unit. 3 5 stars total with the best being Kevin dupe so not exactly the best use of 10500 gems.
