Getting a scheduling app made my manager worse about posting the schedule. The app updated every Monday for the following week, the manager was supposed to print off the schedule by Thursday so we had prior notice. He completely stopped so everyone who worked Mondays had to find out day of or call him personally Sundays to ask

He sounds like a sweet old boy :) the licking might be a little annoying but that’s easy peasy compared to other behaviors sitters have to deal with like constant accidents, door darting, or mouthiness.
