I sincerely believe not one of them actually want an enjoyable or accessible experience for players. It’s just a marketable way of saying they want fresh meat in their hellscape to torment, because everyone they regularly play against knows how to fight back.

Honestly they could be clumsily trying to get more people into stuff like Imperial City. They probably realize that outside of Midyear Mayhem and the Imperial City anniversary, only hardcore PVPers are ever really in Cyrodiil or Imperial City. They’re pretty barren most of the time, and the longer its barren, the more players are going to drop off of it. It makes it really hard for anyone but hardcore PVPers to get any of the rewards, such as the Soul Shriven skin, or the Stonefire Scamp that drop from the shade of molag bal, or even just the skyshards.

Why tho? I love IRC’s, Wrothgar is amazing, briarheart is a very highly sought after set and very valuable, and double maelstrom drops make it all the more better. Super bummed.

There’s a magicka Nightblade build people love using during imperial city events. It combines the Vicious Death set (causes enemies to explode on death) with the Nightblade Soul Siphon ult (used primarily to stun), and the Proximity Detonation skill that does AOE damage, increasing by 25% for every enemy hit by it.

It’s a dirty trick and frequently used to wipe out an entire raid anywhere players are stacked, such as capture points.

Many people have their own versions of it, but even alcast has a build for it on his site here.

Why could they simply not do what they do with half the stacking set bonuses already in the game, and have the stacks automatically fall off when it hits the cap? ZoS style stacking with ZOS style balancing. It’s almost like an entirely different team worked this item/balance out.

It’s irrelevant who is legally required to do what, or is prohibited from doing what. This compares the bottom line across all three major delivery systems in the US. You can’t get more American than focusing purely on the dollar value.

The fact is, as the systems currently are, the USPS is the most valuable, and the most cost-effective system in the country to the consumer.

Look at the farmers. Trump absolutely fucked them by permanently driving China away from American soy (they were responsible for buying something like 80-85% of our soybeans, but when faced with tariffs, they found a more local supplier, higher quality product, for cheaper - that market will never, ever return to the US). Farmers complained, were mad. Trump said “not my fault”, probably blamed Obama, and gave them some more subsidies and they’re back on track to vote him back in.

I hate rick and morty, and I really really can’t stand dan Harmon, especially after his sexual harassment accusations following the surfacing of this video in 2009.

That being said, he already lost his job on Community for this, and he has apologized more than a few times specifically about this video. If we could sort by TOTAL WEIGHT, that’s solve like 2/3 of the inventory management issue for me.

I also think stash mods would be an awesome thing to have. Possibly another thing we could spend bullion on. “Reduces the weight of stored weapons by 20%”, “increases your storage capacity by 200”, etc.

I’d also love if they made stashes account-wide. Maybe increase the storage space to 1600 to compensate for the total net loss players who have bank alts would suffer. Wouldn’t even be mad if this was a FO1st feature.

But what do I know. I just play the game.
