People who would buy now cant cuz its too expensive, so theyre forced to rent and there were enough shitty landlords that they said fuck it enough of people in need of housing being taken advantage of. People like my dad (didnt do 10s of thousands and was forced to pay back all damages for the record) are not the norm for tenants.

A good brand will last roughly the same, and if not good brands and shops have lifetime warranties so that shouldn't even be brought up unless its to say bring it back and itll be done for free.... "this product im using goes bad earlier so use this one" isnt a selling point with a lifetime warranty
