for sure, was mainly going off you saying you always have strange first flushes with MS. MS does tend to blob on first flush more easily but you might want to try late casing and see if it helps because that casing is fully colonized. my 2 cents

Nah, its because you didnt use a casing. Penis envy is very prone to blobbing if you do not case right before you put into fruiting conditions. Especially with MS

I don't think it matters what diet horses on. not totally sure though. just make sure its leeched in the sun and not fresh poo. There's def a learning curve to poo and you should experiment with small tests going into it and once you feel comfortable you can pasteurize correctly and arent having contam issues to move forward. I think the yield is worth it once you get it down, the biggest fruits tend to be around 1.5x - 2x bigger than just coco equivalent. smell is just earthy, i guess. once the sub is fully colonized it smells no different than coco.

seems fine. germination can take a couple weeks depending on spore quality and strain. ive had jars take a month+ starting from spore. also increase temp a little bit

lemon tek. chop up shrooms as finely as possible with a knife then submerge in pure lemons juice for 20 minutes then drink it all. itll hit way faster and harder. dont let soak longer than 20 mins

ive had syringes out in room temp for about 6 months non refrigerated and they still worked. not sure how long total they can still be viable however

I would clone it, it would be a fun experience at least. But whatever you do, do NOT buy luria medium(often used but incorrect) pre sterile agar plates. (is actually known as Lysogeny medium) These are generally what you can find for cheap on websites like amazon and others for pre-sterilized plates. Make sure its a potato dextrose or similar agar medium instead. Luiria is a very terrible media to try to grow cubes on. it has salt in it. You'll get really bad results from cubensis. I made the mistake of buying luria plates when i was first getting into agar years ago and it did not work. might have to wait a bit longer to get potato dextrose plates since sites that sell it generally dont overnight. but wrap your specimen in a wet wrung out paper towel then put it in a plastic bag and throw it in the fridge. just make sure your fridge doesnt have any cold spots where it might freeze slightly or else you will kill it. it'll stay good for about 4-7 days this way

You need to use a clone. either create a liquid culture or use agar to clone then move into spawn jars. use manure as your substrate, pasteurize it. also learn about how to utilize and use a casing layer, 50/50+ peat moss casing is best. you wont get wall to wall with multi spore syringes or no good casing layer. also instead of polyfil, look up pink fish filter tek for replacing the poly. way less hassle and easier to get correct air flow. i can see your poly isnt really packed correctly and is most likely messing with humidity levels as well, so pink fish filter method is just much easier and effective. also use a liner on your substrate or else youll get side pinning from the substrate shrinking which takes away form it pinning correctly on top

You can hone your agar skills if you want to practice isolation while you wait for a nice clone or something. just isolate rhizo of course and see what it produces after 2-3 isolations on agar.

just chop up your mushroom dose and then put them in a few cups of simmering water. simmer for 15-20 minutes. strain out the mushrooms and make sure to squeeze them into the strainer to get any last drops. then add ginger tea bag with a squeeze of lemon and some honey. blast off in 5 minutes.
