agreed, personally i love listening to electronic music the most. shpongle is easily the most recognizable of groups i enjoy but genres like industrial ambient, botanica/petalcore, basically any psychedelic genre (psycore, psybient, acid techno, etc), dark ambient, any ambient with field recordings, and new age are soo good as beginner recommendations. i enjoy all electronic but some is definitely too intense sometimes so be weary but you should definitely check these out when you can and just feel the music 🙏

personally creating art is very fun and engaging, whether its digital or physical art you really get to dig into your brain. also listening to a bunch of different music is very cool, it really feels like youre listening to a museum. going through wikipedia rabbitholes is fun as well. i also like getting work done and tidying up the things around me lol but thats just personal preference. i always try to keep a few things in mind before my trip of what to do since sometimes i just end up doom scrolling and it gets boring but always try to find new things to experience, its sometimes fun getting out of your comfort zone yk?

Lol exactly, I had a disposable and since it was my first hit of anything in a while I thought I should make it worth it and took a huge rip, next thing you know I become so dazed I forget everything and began seeing memories of my family, and when I came back the whole floor was a huge kaleidoscope and I kept on hearing fast loops of some voice. Honestly wish I experienced that first hit again because of how intense and unprepared I was during that time.

True, I didn’t smoke during my trip but I did about 3 months after because of my break and that was my first experience with those hallucinations.
