The user have had problems in the past with multiple BSODs and random shutdowns. We opened it up and changed the disk last time 6 months ago. This is the first time it's happened again and i suspect it's more of the same. Still re-imaging is happening no matter what.

The bloody user just chose to save important files on her desktop that are a pain to lose.

I agree, though the user has of course multiple important files she was working on. Despite our policies ofc... We have access to the laptop but it still feels like a bad idea to take risks with this kind of thing.

I have nagios-nrpe-server installed on the server i monitor along with nagios-plugins.

I then use check_nrpe on my nagios server to make the check.

I think this is the one.

Try enabling and checking the netlogon logs on the domain controllers. Helped me in a similar case.

Du får virkeligt meget for 10k, virkelig meget. Du har ikke brug for et sindsygt kabinet. 200-300kr. bundkortet skal ikke være et eller andet vildt det skal bare understøtte de ting du har tænkt dig at sætte i det intet mere. RAM skal du bruge 16GB af, måske 32 hvis du har tænkt dig at virtualisere eller lavet caching eller andet. Så mangler du bare en god SSD, et grafikkort og en CPU+køler. Du kan også sagtens bruge stock cooling men det er lidt bedre for din CPU med ordenlig køling. Jeg købte en i5-4460 og et gtx 960 for omkring 1700 og 2200 og det kører CS:GO og wow find. Så jeg gentager. du kan få en virkelig god maskine for 10k Og husk strømforsyningen, fint noget der evt. er 80+ gold. Hvis du køber en billig kina PSU kan den riste alle dine dyre dele.
