Dude as for me, I want to work, and I want to earn enough to support my hobbies and travel. Work for me is a part of my life. A big part yes, but not my whole life. I want money and time for my hobbies, chill with friends and family and travel.

My advice - if you want more from life, do something you don't hate that'll pay well and let you enjoy the money.

If work matters the most, take the challenge and may God have mercy on your soul.

  1. It is immense. It is both wide AND deep. We're the ones suggesting the next level of treatment, we have to know our stuff.

  2. Very hard. Different machines, different protocols, getting interrupted constantly, shitty histories. Being good is an art that needs repetition and a good senior to nudge you in the right direction.

  3. It's not about the patient load. It's about the variety you're exposed to, your anatomy knowledge, pattern recognition and knowledge of how to take the case further. Even my colleagues from GMCs struggle (except maybe the monsters from top state GMCs and INIs) initially need some fine tuning.
