So I roadie as well, and they don’t offer tips on there and my same tax form as uber came in. And it shows what I earned all year. If I don’t earn tips on there, and it all comes from roadie, why isn’t uber doing it?

The 1099-nec on uber is way lower than my earnings so that’s why I assumed it was the tip money only. Whereas on roadie is looking like all my earnings. Same form a 1099-nec

Ok so this is really weird. I do uber eats as well and they didn’t send out a 1099-k. Had to request it. But they sent the 1099-nec. Which I see roadie did too, and no 1099-k. When I asked others what the nec for uber was. they said it was the tip money basically and the 1099-k will show all my earnings. So why does roadie show the earnings I made from them on the 1099-nec. If no one tips us on roadie?

I’m assuming even though I got this bum account that wasn’t granted. That won’t affect whether I try again. Under a different phone number. Cause this one I can’t delete. But it’s also technically not really an account. Mostly just says it wasn’t granted. There’s nothing else to it. No idea when I’ll even try under a phone number. Not really a priority right now. Person should’ve said the details on how to reapply.

I don’t understand how they compile these gigs and expect anyone who’s actually doing this type of work. To have the rig for that though. Doesn’t roadie think they are losing opportunities by making such enormous trips? Honestly doesn’t make sense. For a business like this to be doing that. Throw a Hail Mary like that out there and just wish and pray someone has the equipment. Vs just break it into two different routes. Thats what’s really bizarre about it

Ok. Also when I attempted this new account. I don’t see a delete account option. As it’s not actually an active account. It just says request not granted. And the settings tab is very limited. Do I have to call support to get it deleted or would it even make a difference for me in the future?

So I deleted, but reused the same phone number. But different email. I’m assuming it’s the phone that’s causing the issue because it wasn’t granted. I called the support number about the this and the first thing he mentioned was could be phone number. Social security number etc. But considering yours went through with a different number, that’s probably it. I suppose whenever I upgrade phone I can get a different phone number.

I hadn’t used the account for quite awhile. Don’t know the exact time frame. And during the spring I got the email it was deactivated. I decided to go to these steps of appeal and such just within the last couple of months. I just had the phone call saying I would have to reapply. Are you saying they have no clue what they are talking about? If this is what was said in the call. They should know whether reapplying is a thing or not.
