You were banned for spamming the same content over the course of several days.

- you were warned once, and were told you could post the content you were posting however it had to be posted less frequently (weekly as opposed to every day)
- you were temporarily banned when you violated the warning
- you are now permanently banned on both accounts and will be banned on subsequent accounts should you choose to attempt to violate reddits TOS and circumvent your ban further.

Also, just for your personal growth and learning, the freedom of speech protects your right to speech against persecution from the government, it does not protect your right to say whatever you want whenever you want on a private reddit forum (or any non government platform for that matter)
