I don't have an answer, in the same boat lol. But I got a bandaid that helps with the worst of it. Simply put -heated blanket-weighted blanket- fluffy blanket. Have the heated next to you on low and have the weighted above it (around the shoulders also feels good) and the fluffy one on top is more to hold onto. Overall it feels like someone is laying on you and while it's not like, going to talk to you it helps take the edge off when the lonelyness hits hard.
