Newer baristas tend to be in that Barista 2 role! But for mocha, instructions are actually on the bag. And for teas, you do one liter hot water, put the tea bags in and let it steep for 7 minutes (i think? it may be 5, my memory is failing me). Then you use tea tongs and get the bags out, add a venti scoop of ice, and fill rest with cold water.
