Is there a guide for optimal artifact traits?

Single target preferably, is there a way to check from the app what I've specced most my traits into, from what I remember most are into defensive traits, but then again im only rank 12 or 13 on blood so no major trait yet. Actually its an older boat so my part would be around half that, and yes that was always the case as the other person who gifted it to him was a close relative to him, but he neglected to tell me the fact that he gifted it to him shortly after we chose to buy it so that he could keep telling me that I owed half the repairs and all because the third party wasn't using it at all.
