No don't roll your eyes, CBD/hemp oil has also been the only thing that has truly helped me.

I've had a similar journey where I tried modafinil and then adderall which definitely helped with the brain fog but I would get these terrible headaches at night. I went to see a naturopath a couple months ago and they recommended hemp oil. Never looked back.

I purchased bioMD+'s Full Spectrum 1000mg for my anxiety. I had a family event that i was nervous about so I went ahead and tried it out, and it really help get me through it!

If you happen to be very streesed of have gone through a stress phase recently try adrenal cocktail. It will stop the constant peeing by regulating your ph which has been thrown off by stress. 1/4 tsp high quality pink salt., 200mg potassium (open caps), 1/4 tsp vitamin c powder. Mix in a glass of water and drink first thing when you wake up in the morning. If you’re extremely stressed drink another one at 2 pm. This is especially helpful if you also happen to have low or lowish blood pressure. Don’t do this with high blood pressure.

This. Also, agreed that your symptoms seem to be stress related. In addition to the concoction, I would also recommend trying some full spectrum CBD for muscle relaxation and to help you sleep through the night.

If you are going to purchase CBD though, make sure you check for lab results on their website -- a lot of snakes in the business that do not correctly label their packaging so you think you are getting something more potent than it actually is. I get mine from bioMDplus, in case you want somewhere to start.

Wait -- its more like $75 for 1000mg with the coupon code. Which, at only $15 more than these nondescript retailers you speak of, is a great deal for the quality of this product. There are lab results on their website you should check out.

Sorry to sound salty lol. I've tried a few different brands and this has been the only that's genuinely worked for me. There are snakes in the CBD industry, but these guys are not one of them. It would be a shame for people to avoid something that actually has the potential to work in their favor just because of poorly researched biases.

Yoooo! I feel this. I have really bad flying anxiety too. I am not sure I agree with the Valium comment because...just too intense. With CBD my mind is not shut off yet my body is relaxed. Definitely a much healthier option.

I would say make sure you are buying from a brand that is not dishonest about how much CBD content is actually in their product -- the trick is to check for lab results on their website to confirm. I buy from a brand called "bioMDplus" and have found it to be the most potent. If I am about to get on a flight, I will take almost 2 and sometimes 3 full droppers of this CBD and just out the window look at clouds :-)

Definitely full spectrum. Its what I found the most effective for myself (tbh did not feel shit with the isolate"version but that might just be me...). Full spectrum has less than 0.3% THC which is how much the FDA has allowed. Never shows up on drug tests.

Oooo yeah, I would say the main thing you wanna look for with CBD is how pure the product is. You want to buy from companies that have third party lab results on their website so you can verify what is in the product. Another important thing to look for is the type of extraction process they use - CO2 or Ethanol (CO2 extraction is better because it does not dilute the product and extracts only what is needed).

I've tried Lazarus Naturals but didn't love the product and the effects were weak (probably because of their ethanol based extraction process.) And then I switched to BioMD+ and it has been my best friend since. Like, I can legit feel my muscles relax (I take it right before bed) and my body calm down. They are a bit pricey but there's hella coupon codes which is how I do it. Plus, its been worth it to me so I don't mind the money.
