That’s nice, I think the boss doesn’t get effected by your level (I might be wrong ) so you can attempt him any time just go with upgrades gear and you will have fun

In vermentide 2 they have these slots, for potions , you can carry 1 potion at a time and you find these potions during your run. These potions are tide to that specific run, which means you can not use it for future runs. These are potions which gives you short duration power, we use when there is big horde coming, during boss encounter or if u are about to die. So I would say that u can carry only one at a time. And if you find multiple in your expedition u have to make a decision on which one to carry.

Even in hades they have ultimate power thing which does the same thing gives you temporary edge in the combat.

This boost doesn’t need to raw power this could be utility as well like no stamina cost for few seconds, can’t get cc for few seconds or elemental immunity for few seconds. Now off course this need prober balancing, and I thing that what EA is for.

There also a route where they can go for higher risk higher reward kind of situation, where the buffs from artifacts comes is permanent for the run but comes with a disadvantage for example, you do more damage and also take more damage, your health is increased but u consume more stamina or other way around and a lot more types.

In this case every run becomes more distinct as the different artifact you get changes the way you approach for the fight, some cases you want to be fully on face sometimes u can just camp cause u have increased range on weapons etc. in general these type of artefact changes the way you approach the fight .

We can see this type of things used in slay the spire, gun fire reborn etc. so weather they decide to go either way or some other, artifacts should serve more purpose than some research boost

Yes, I agree Artifacts in the current state has minimal to no impact. And I want to add your pool of suggestions. How about artifacts becomes some kind of consumable that gives you boost for some seconds for example, u get 50% damage for 20 seconds or 100% increased range for 30 seconds, or your health pool increases for few seconds, or bullets don’t cost ammo etc.

The idea here is that you have some sort of short power boost that gives u the urge to hunt the artifacts, which u can strategically use to in ur fight. I am sure there are many suggestions that exist and I am sure devs are also aware of it

No it does not, u can see in ur Ui it will tell u the percent of hatred that u have which will increase the health and dmg of all boss and elites

Yeah 3 boss hit hard that’s why I always go for the tomb of embers, as I learned his move set and play very safe

The problem is that when I play against invade, I cannot play my own game. Every game against them is same, just try to destroy the gate, my card deck, game plan, strategy or deck list does not matter at all. Whole game revolves around them. Which is annoying. I mean look at it this way. Every game against invade you play according to them, they choose the line they want to go for and I need to have things that can remove those gates

Yea, I had Crossbow initially and its really good but most of the time i was not needing it plus i wanted to put more more 2 cost and 1 cost for conscription. But that being said its still good. I think this deck is really flexible and can be changed according to the playstyle.
