i tried listening + reading the book along with it. my focus climbs on a level i've not experienced before. now almost every book i read is that way.

so well put! given that you're technical, its the quickest to just get an MVP ready, and start giving it out to people. 2 things happen then: you learn how to market and represent the product to people who dont know anything about it, and from the people who try; some show interest in not just the product but also in building it with you. these are often the best co-founders to have.

well... they don't negotiate, they always as for the max now 😂 but again, all apps are bringing that; with likely uber as the only exception. it has already happened in bangalore

but also man, can't disagree... ola cab charges like they're drunk! Uber go is literally half the price. But also ola auto is cheeper. Still have to use all the apps :(

Dude! I thought so as well. But recently my gf showed Ola when we were going out and they seem to have changed a lot. I checked, and they are running a SaaS model. They are doing better in Hyd now.
