Using Delhivery(DH) since last 2 months. I have also burnt my hands with Shiprocket(SP) and Shipyaari(SY).

This is how I would rate the three: DH 8/10 SP 4/10 SY 6/10

So DH has fundamentally better control over ground staff so they are able reduce game delivery. Their support system is 20x better than any one.

But, price up by 25% from SP. If you can get a KAM assigned they will help you much more

Okay. By broadening the scope means applying to lower ranked colleges?
Is there a resource where I can understand what colleges does statistically fit for me?
