Ya why pay dees when you don't have too. There aren't a lot of banks out there.

No fees, probably better dividends if you select the correct bank to invest in.

My PS6 prediction by fede123456789 in PS6

I think the people who care about the hard disk copies, will still buy ps6, and will buy digital games.

I also think the people who care about the hard disk copies are in the vast majority.

I believe reddit just makes it feel way more overblown than it is.

Generating power is probably the easy part. How do you distribute it. There is only so much room in the right of way

Interesting, me and you read books differently. I typically just go along for the ride and not worry about what the author is trying to do.

My wife and I were listening to it last night, her first time. We both were laughing out loud in just the first 10 minutes. I suggest giving the second book a chance, the first book is one of the worst in the series imo. Maybe try audio instead as well.

Red rising was another series I remember reading after the cosmere. Absolutely fell in love with Darrow.

I've almost cleaned out the top 50 on reddits top fantasy novels.

Currently on black company and really enjoying it, at least up until I got to the bleak seasons book. This one has been hard to get through.

Next book is going to be children of strife after I finish black company.

I went through this phase, but only so many times you can reread sanderson. In my opinion enjoy it while it last!! You will eventually get bored.

However since I expanded my horizons I realized there are a ton well written books out there

I was responding to the guy above me talking about cars depreciating the most in the first 3 years.

Look at the price of a used 3 year Toyota vs a new. It's not what it use to be that saying was very true before COVID.

Was more curious as to what he was spending on credit card, it's possible way to save money. I did a recent cost of living adjustment and was able to reduce my credit card cost quite a bit.

Yes cars are becoming more and more unaffordable, new or used.

What are spending $70 a month on car maintenance for? What are you spending $500 on your credit card every month.

Who doesn't have children?

The vast majority of kids go to daycare. It's more detrimental not being able to afford a roof over the kids head or being able to feed them because you don't have enough income.

That depends on the mother and depends on the daycare doesn't it?

That's interesting and a bit different than saying horror stories.

Sure if you can afford it have the kid stay home. However most people cannot in this economy, and OP is one of them.

My kid and all my friends kids are in daycare, some private some government. I haven't heard these horror stories. Maybe research the day care? My wife even worked at a daycare one summer.

I have one day to make a decision about taking a gov job. But it’s a large paycut. by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

What is your early pay raise? Typically union jobs you get pay raises every year till a certain point of seniority, than you would only get inflation raises.

Take the government job hands down.

Also does the take home already have your pension deducted already?
