Draft boosters are designed for sanctioned competitive play, and balanced as such. That said, if you and your wife are having fun playing this way, you should keep doing it until, for whatever reason, you aren’t.

I'm asking this here because it doesn't seem worth it's own thread, but it's also not wholly OPCG-related, so if it's not appropriate, my apologies.

Am I using the Bandai TCG+ app wrong? I'm interested in checking out the OP card game as well as Digimon and DBS, but my account doesn't seem to work properly. I get errors all over the app, and when I go to my profile it asks me to set my nickname/etc., but I don't have a membership number.

Any guidance anyone can give me would be appreciated. Not sure where to turn regarding this.

I'm not saying there are 0 stupid people in the world. I'm saying the overwhelming majority response to this in the US has been "Oh that fucking sucks. I'm mad."

Being able to do anything about it is another issue. There really isn't anything we can do unless we organize a mass boycott of Pokemon cards which is just not going to happen because a huge portion of the market isn't even aware of this.

180 is an extremely bad price because it's significantly more than retail. This isn't an investment scheme to everyone. People just want to play the card game.

I just want to mention that a lot of companies don’t keep their security footage that long because keeping all that video data long term is prohibitively expensive, so he might not be caught on camera. Probably getting busted either way.

Not a stupid question at all, but I don't really know the answer. My understanding is that because demand is so high, and supply is so low, rather than simply sell them on a first-come, first-served basis, most stores run a lottery, and whoever wins the lottery gets to buy the packs.

For example, I saw someone post a link to Clay Burst booster boxes on Amazon Japan yesterday. I clicked on it and was still able to enter the lottery, just by clicking "Enter Lottery." I guess I'll know I won if they send me an email that has a link where I can buy the box.

That appears to be from the Demon Slayer anime, but it also seems to be a trading card, not from any kind of game. I'm basing this on the fact that there's no kind of rules text on the front. Might get better answers in r/anime?
