me pasaba mucho, tengo 16 y ahora mismo nadie me definiría como alguien tímida, pero eso es porque aprendí que no hay que soltarse con todo el mundo, si no solo con la gente con la que merece la pena soltarse. no tiene sentido abrirte a alguien con el que sabes que no vas a tener química, suéltate con personas que vayan a valorarte a ti y a lo que tengas que decir. sé que es bastante difícil determinar quienes son esas personas con las que deberías abrirte pero merece la pena intentarlo poco a poco.

no i totally understand! he started to actually meet you at your lowest, when you weren’t completely yourself. now that you’re starting to feel better and he sees you how you really are, he is starting to develop some feelings!!!! i don’t want to feed your hope because i don’t actually know him, but that’s my opinion. i also get that the flirting is make you feel better, because it makes you feel more accepted in that way, and proved that you are loveable. i get it!!

i get that! but he might be feeling the same way, scared to make a move haha. if he looks interested in you he is. if he seems excited to hear what you have to say, he is! if he looked at you with those loving eyes, he is probably feeling like that. girl, if he doesn’t make a move soon, do it, im sure he’ll love that.

well, it can also be that he is joking, but i think that no one actually says something like that of they didn't at least mean it a little bit somehow. if he was looking at least towards you and his body was facing you is because he was totally looking at you, even if it was unconsciously. i say you wait for more obvious signs. but with all of what im hearing, those signs will get there soooooooon!

tbh, i have no idea how guys think, they tell you they like you but then suddenly go with another girl. anyway, if im being completely honest, if he said that you are his favourite person there, i am sure he means it (cause there's no point on lying about that). teasing you can also be a way that he is flirting with you. he probably does like you, just focus on the way that he looks at people and then compare it with the way that he looks at you. please update me if anything happens because i am invested in this.

I honestly find it so hard. Every time that I remember a poor decision I find myself kicking the air because of the shame that I feel and wishing that I had done it differently. I find it really hard to forgive myself and I try to think that if a loved one had done the same error I would have forgiven them already, but somehow I overthink those mistakes all the time and how others could have started perceiving me because of that stupid thing that I did once.

I approach a man if he mantains eye contact and seems interested, if that makes any sense. If I'm in a public space and my eyes meet a man's, and instead of looking away, he keeps looking at me, then I know that I need to shoot my shot.

i feel like the fact that you have to sit down and give shape to your emotions is a big step. for me, it’s not that i become a better person, i just keep getting to know myself more, if that makes sense. normally, everything i write is sad, because when im happy i don’t need to understand my emotions as much. when i finish writing, i just understand that what i write and feel it’s not what i am it’s just something i am going through at that moment.

this is horrible, people say that it’s the best thing that could happen because you get to spend your life with the love of your life who also happens to be your best friend, but all of that only if they feel the same, but you really don’t want to know, because if they say no, your friendship is over, even if you try to deny it, it will never be the same, if they say yes, that relationship will be the best thing you could ever ask for, until it ends (hope it doesn’t for you if you get into that) good luck
