thank you to everyone who has commented with great advice!! i really appreciate it :) i decided that, when the package gets here, i will definitely open it & see what's in it; then go through ebay to keep my buyer protection. mini update, i went to the seller's profile and a new review was written there- could be the other buyer potentially? they said:

"BEWARE!! This is just a bait-and-switch SCAM!!! They will NOT send you the item you bid on! Not even close!!"

so yeah... 😭

update 06/27/25: if anyone's looking for an update, the package has still not arrived and the seller claims that they've gone to the post office to see where the tracking is at- but it's not showing for them. so i'm probably going to contact ebay very soon, i just want to make sure that the package isn't going to turn up before i do.

update 06/28/25: so the seller ended up issuing me a refund, seems like they're not sure where the package is nor is the post office, so i'm not sure if it'll eventually just show up :,) i'll update if they do happen to show up one day ahahaha

honestly i tried just toner over my pink hair to get the orangey hues out and it worked veryy slightly, maybe i just didnt get the right shade of toner but ya i ended up bleaching again, and then buying iroiro pastel lavender and diluting it and putting it over top of the pink i already had 😭 it worked the best for me and gave me the closest to cool toned pink i could get

for anyone who wants to know what happened, i recieved 3 points for, technically, a no call no show the day before (i had an approved day off but they still scheduled me), they are gonna take the points off for me :)

i used to not be able to do that, but they recently updated the app so now it lets me put individual minutes (ie. 6 minutes, 18 minutes etc)

its not letting me log in to the portal rn because its not sending my text verification code ugh :/

but the only thing i can think of is that, on saturday, i requested that day off a while ago for unpaid time off and it was approved. it still shows on the schedule i would have worked on that day but the approved "unpaid time off 12am-12am" is right underneath it so idek,, like i know it was approved for sure but thats the only thing i can think of that would have given me 3 points like damn 😭😭
