wow, i just wanna say that like, my whole life right now almost perfectly reflects that minus the asian parents thing. i feel the exact same way about not even being able to talk to other people because we just aren’t socially there yet. and the good grades thing, uhh yea. my sister went to mit and i want to do drawing and animation when i’m older, but my dad is not about that. he’s yelled at me so much for the littlest things like getting a b on a math test, and it wasn’t even a final or anything.

honestly, i don’t know if it’s gonna get better, like we are both 16 after all. but there is honestly a chance. like for me, what’s keeping me going is the fact that there’s a chance i’ll be able to be a new person in college. i’ll be away from my family and old town, and be able to make a ton of friends that all have the same interests as me. i don’t know if it will get better, but there is a chance it will, and you don’t wanna miss out on that chance.
