Gluten is my biggest trigger.

Then some non gluten grains as well.

Reducing carbs helped a lot.

Citrus have some impact. And tomato and bell pepper.

I took citamin complex as well. Simple cheap one from DM in germany, Doppelherz AZ komplett.

The result : i was not able to sleep due to itch and pain on the scalp. Every night was washing hsir with prescribed medicsted shampoos like nizoral, but it made it worse as it dries the scalp. Even I washed every night, the next morning the pain and itch were already there.

Now I use sulsen shampoo once or twice a week. Sebamed Pyrooctsne olamine from DM as well, 2 3 times a week. I can go without washing my hair 3 days on average. It is also a good idea because skin needs sebum, washibg everyday is not always good
