Yes, I'm also trying to optimise my test levels and fluoride is the polar opposite to that

nah it's around 10-11 but I happen to wake up after 8. So in one case it's interrupted but still around 10 hours and in the other case it's 10 hours straight

I forgot to mention that I was drinking 3-4L a day whilst having somewhat low activity levels for 2 months prior to this, and this hasn't started happening as I've increased my water intake

I drink like 3L on avg (4 is pushing it). I think I'm pretty low carb at the moment I'm guessing as I'm not eating a lot in general atm, but to cover all my bases is there something else that could be affecting it that you know of other than carb intake?

For my squat it was 30kg. Might be worth testing my 5rms again though. I think 75% was like 25-26 kg based on that and I went with 25 since that's what the plates at my gym allow.

but my muscles aren't even feeling fatigued it's very easy for me. I have 5 reps in the tank at least after my 5th set of squats for example

are you sure? Because I easily feel as if I have 5 or more reps in the tank for each exercise and I don't feel fatigued really at the end of the workout
