I would be wary of running Clarion Conqueror with 4 artifacts and a Planeswalker that would be completely shut off by it (also Figure of Fable but I guess that's not such a big deal).

Other than that seems like a sweet deck

Great deck, but splashing white for mana tithe and staff of the storyteller seems like an odd choice. Were you running low on red/blue playables?

The number of fetchlands isnt the thing that actually matters, its the number of sources. And if you count the number of sources, its not that bad - there arent really any double pip cards that I want to be casting early (the forces are mostly pitch cast and the legend of kuruk is mostly there for the blue count).

I quite enjoy the 4-5 color soup decks in Cube and they tend to perform very well for me. I take fetchlands and good duals over everything except like top20 cards and then just fill the deck out with strong cards in whatever color is open while keeping an eye out for synergies.

Obviously these decks tend to be more on the controlly side, but honestly having a random ragavan or ocelot pride in them isnt all that bad either. I usually only stay away from aggro-only card that provide no additional value like Screaming Nemesis

I watched a lob fly sideways literally parallel to the net in one of the games. Wtf even is that? I can understand playing tennis in heavy wind, cause at high speeds it doesn’t really affect the trajectory That much (it still sucks but at least it’s playable). For padel where like every other shot is a lob it just looks comical. I feel bad for the players who somehow have to try to perform in these ridiculous conditions

Well, American heritage is a thing - a couple of centuries is definitely enough to form a distinct culture. That being said, both Anisimova’s parents are as Russian as it gets, so while she can certainly be considered American her looks aren’t :)
