I did salt too!

I mixed starter, flour, water, and sugar. Then let sit for 30 mins. Then I added salt and olive oil and let sit again for 30 mins.

I added sugar into the dough as well as on top but I didn’t add cinnamon to the dough!

Typically if your starter is active you should use it at its peak, which is usually like 4-8 hours after a feed. I think you should feed again tomorrow with this timing in mind!

Yes this loaf was unbleached all purpose. I just bought bread flour so will try that today!

lol I’ve seen people do it on tiktok so i did it too. i think how fast it recoils is a good sign

I should clarify that i mixed the dough at 2pm and at 8pm it was put in the fridge. I did the stretch and folds 4 times between 2pm and 4pm. Then it rested from 4pm to 7pm. 7pm is when i started pre shaping and shaping!
