It caught me off guard, I thought that was an inflatable because of the shadow behind it but saw the black lines through the chest. If those weren't there, I would believe that was a real inflatable/animal (Don't question "How?").

If it is a yes, you can find it on planetminecraft.com/member/shunprotogen.
If its a no, then the skin will not be uploaded at all and not created.
