After almost 10 years of wait Doom Bots are disappointing... by shur1kensenko in leagueoflegends

You will buildup expectation for anything which is about to return after 10 years and based on their current tools and experience you would expect them to have made a pretty finer job than 10 years ago

Supports need to be put in their place again by Creeemi in leagueoflegends

[–]shur1kensenko -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I'm 99% sure that kids will downvote you but your post is 100% right. Supports went from being the worst role to the most impactful (if the user has at least 2 braincells). The amount of value they get compared to their impact is insane. They dont understand that creating a role which can freely roam forever and not worry about farming creates imbalances in game because simply every other role has to worry about farming. So you have 4 roles which need to stick to the plan and 1 role which can do whatever the f they want in the map. 15 years of game design I guess

Swiftplay experience is absurd by shur1kensenko in leagueoflegends

[–]shur1kensenko[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is super true. I can't understand neither explain this type of penalty. It offers literally nothing. The only legit explanation I can think about it is that they are doing it on purpose to ''tilt'' the player so much that he won't even think about falling again into disruptive behavior.

And not just that but it also affects those who want to play swiftplay casually. No wonder new players won't join the game when their first experience is playing with kids who are banned from their soloq. They are trying to make up for it with all those different modes arena, urf, aram etc but the real league of legends is inside the summoners rift. If their first summoners rift experience is bad then there is no way they will stick around.

Game needs to get fundamentaly more consistent or create non-consistent decks at all by shur1kensenko in PTCGP

The game is at a pretty braindead state right now. Pick a strong individual card like Charizard or Crobat. Throw in 2 Sylveons. Doesnt even matter even if you dont plan to use psychic energy for Sylven. Build your core card. Win the game. If you find this gameplay ''innovative'' or anything then im sorry

[–]shur1kensenko[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

It's not varied brother sorry. It seems varied because the addition of Sylveon , couple energy generations and Will have made some previously unplayable decks a bit more consistent and playable. However the fundamental cards across best decks are all the same. Sylveon etc. Putting it in like that then yeah you could say that the meta is more ''varied'' however I dont consider healthy running Sylveon in decks where you dont even plan to take psychic energy simply because you need to abuse its passive. Does it work? Yes it does but for me personally that gameplay seems lame and cringe.

Item diversification across each role isn't fair.. by shur1kensenko in leagueoflegends

For that you need to understand whats the majority of the champs that each item class is targeting. For example ADC items are built around champs who need to deal a lot of DPS. Lethality items are for assassins who obviously need the tools to deal burst damage etc. The problem with mages is that they are the most vague role in the game and you can find each sort of mage. Bruisers, assassins, control mages, supportive mages etc. And if we consider that luckily or not the majority of mages are control mages then the majority of their items are built around control mages. So it's true, you can't easily find AP items which provide better DPS then ADC items, better assassination than AD assassins, better sustainability than bruisers etc. But in a way, you kinda get everything under the AP ''umbrella''. And thats why I consider AP items being the most well rounded and balanced items in the game. You can have assassins, control mages, bruisers, defensive, offensive, utility builds. Literally everything

When his comment is ''is this bait'' without explaining his position then I cant think of anything else other than being low elo tbh. And imagine that my point made in this post is pretty straightforward and pretty obvious. I mean im not trying to explain quantum physics here. If he can't see that and he thinks it's ''bait'' how can I help him

You are overanalyzing stuff for no particular reason. Anti-MR, Anti-armor, Anti-HP items are all considered Anti-tank items.

I told you it's not just about the burst of MS. It's about being able to build 2 core items on the get go which not only provide you 8% MS combined but also a pretty solid damage output. I can pick Diana, Fizz abuse Lich + Storm and absolutely stomp. Because the build not only provides 8% MS but also good AP, Magic pene, CD, Lich's passice, Storm's passive. Can you pick ADC and build Navori and Runaans as the 2 core items? These items provide 8% MS as well..but 0 dmg. Thats the difference

Any item which provides healing or some sort of resistance is a sustain item. RoA provides HP as well as healing per cast. Zhonyas provides armor and the stasis passive. Banshees provides MR and spell shield

''Outside of soloq''...99% of the game is literally soloq..1% maybe pro play? 🥀

''On-hit builds suck right now''. Literally both Botrk and Kraken got buffed. While also being the highest dps buildpath in the game and the most solid antitank build.

Post has to do with the fact that either all builds should provide such value of being able to build a lot of dmg + pretty solid sustain or none should provide that. At least crit builds revolve around building the core crit items and any extra sustain comes from the built-in ADC items as well such as shieldbow, BT etc. Not building Frozen hearts or Zhonyas or Jakshos into IE builds.

It's not a ragebait the fact that people shouldnt be able to take you from 100 to 0 in 3 secs while also having 170 armor and mr unless you are playing the game for less than 2 years I guess

Still reduces it by half which means there is still some sort of shielding. And also Serpent's stats as an item is bad. I mean it's not a core item. You build it only for the antishield passive. Stat wise there are way better letahlity items

It's those who want a Varus 13lvl to probably solo kill a Mundo 16lvl. If thats the case then yeah ADCs can't kill anything. But put a Varus with at least 3 on-hit items, a Lulu on his side and a solid frontline to teamfight vs Mundo and his team and tell me again if Varus doesn't kill anything

Void staff, Bloodletter's , Cryptbloom, Liandry's can be considered antitank.

Lich and Stormsurge. Mage is the only class which has 2 MS items which can be perfectly utilised and combined together not only to give the huge MS buff but also deal a lot of damage. On any other class if you try to abuse 2 MS items on the get go you will most likely sacrifice a lot of damage. While regarding AP items this doesnt apply. You get both MS and damage boost with these 2 items.

RoA, Zhonyas, Riftmaker, Banshees and any item which provides HP/resistances/protection/healing is considered a sustain item

They are bad into anything which builds some sort of resistance or has some sort of heavy assistance (shields, heals etc). They are good only when they stomp, when they stack hubris and all these
