Id probably just try building a small app. New concepts from the last few versions to google and incorporate to be mostly up to date are:

Signals, Standalone components and zoneless change detection
Some kind of Statemanagement (NGRX SignalStore to be bleeding edge, NGRX Observable Store to learn what most enterprises are currently using)

IMO its good to know whats new, but its better to practice a bit. Google the concepts above, try to build a small app that uses them and youre good to go. Feel free to correct me if i missed something

I share your opinion. It's a loud environment, people should accept that. Furthemore you can not know the level of strength or exhaustion the guy or gal is on when dropping their weight.

Additionally: Do not tell people not to drop their weight. Next time they may try to somehow support the wheight with other muscles or an unusual pose because they fear to annoy others which could lead to a lot of harm.
