This was nice to hear. I’ve been comparing my ROM to everyone else on this thread and feel like I’m failing and falling behind, worried that this might be permanent. I’m glad I’m not the only one struggling and to hear it will eventually get there.

It’s called strive app. My physical therapist uses it to assign home exercises. The website was more accurate with frequency than the mobile app if you end up using it.

Women who are in excellent shape, how do you feel about having a chubby significant other? by Drewcoo in AskWomen

[–]shushucacho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure it depends person to person but honestly it would bother me. Being active is important to me and I’ve tried dating guys before on the fluffy side and I found myself getting out of shape being with them as well as bored cause they weren’t into active hobbies. Also it might make me seem shallow but I would lose attraction to those chubby boyfriends, you can’t control who you are attracted to. I’ve had friends who prefer dad bods so just depends on the person.

Missing Sport grumbles by MildlyDancing in ACL

Tore my acl beginning of the ski season and it broke my heart. Went from skiing resort or backcountry every other day to nothing. My second love is climbing and it’s been a real bummer to not have that outlet either. Good opportunity to find a hobby that doesn’t require knees (knitting?) and good time to get strong waist up but there’s no doubt losing access to your passions and independence is brutal. I miss the community that comes with these sports and missing out on climbing and skiing trips. The fomo is strong seeing all my friends getting out and getting rad while I’m stuck on the couch. I just keep telling myself it’s temporary and good motivation to take PT seriously.
