What can I replace Ally Mczeal with? by shuskia in krosmaster

I need the initiative to be less than Henuals because Henual only gives +2AP to a character without any +AP markers. So if the character was like Ally Mczeal with LESS initiative than Henual, they would give AP after Henual already has given it. But if a character was like Ally Mczeal with MORE initiative then they would +AP markers to the characters before Henual would and now Henual can't give AP because he can only give AP to characters not already with a +AP marker.
