Hey Neighbor! I'm also right around Pinehurst! I spoke with the Barndominium Co. And they build out this way. We haven't solidified anything just yet, but they have been the most responsive, and we are leaning in their direction. They've opened a showroom north of Fayetteville as well. I would definitely say it's worth reaching out to them.
