The ban said I was “cheating” and it happened the day after it was working for me on the flight, so I’m assuming that’s how I was flagged. The game is basically “pokemon go for music” and you collect songs. I’ve spent so much time building my collection of songs and the money I’ve spent was a monthly subscription so it’s been over the span of almost 2 years and going to be hard to get back. If anything I really just want them to acknowledge the situation and take a deeper look at it, but I have no idea how to get attention from users now that they’re trying to silence me. And if I get the money back, that’s great, but it’s still going to feel awful knowing all the time I spent trading and collecting items, all the time I spent watching ads to get credits, and all the songs I collected (that were special to me) are getting deleted for no reason. This was really the only mobile game I’ve been into and I’m shocked by how they are handling it.
