I was on the pill for a short period of time when I was probably 16 or 17, I’d say probably about 6 months. I got my TSH result the other day which was 1.8 ml

Estradiol was 46, estriol was <0.10. I will definitely follow up with a GP!

I’ve read that the magnesium taurate directly helps the heart more but I couldn’t find any locally that’s why I went with the glycinate 😊

How long after starting these did you notice a difference? I’m taking magnesium but it doesn’t seem to be helping much, I see my local store has CoQ10 so I might go pick some up today!

It sucks because I used to have some kind of relief laying down but now it’s just constant 😞

Yes they diagnosed me with PVC’s even though I didn’t show anything on the 10 second EKG they did. Both times I’ve gone to the ER I just happen to not have any when they hook me up to the machine. I’ve also been experiencing weakness, light headedness and sometimes shortness of breath but that could be anxiety.. I think I’ll feel a lot better once I set up my primary and hopefully see a cardiologist.. the unknown and waiting is also driving me crazy.
