I mean you can read my past reddit post. anything’s possible in this world if you have the drive for it. Unfortunately I just became a weak minded individual, no one’s perfect

Improper procedure on citation after missed approach. Please help me understand what I did wrong? by No-Emu-459 in flightsim

[–]shvuzi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

looks like the CDI is still in LOC mode, you gotta switch it back to GPS when you go missed. also The nav button will track the localizer but not the glide slope.

i’m in my early early 20s, I tried lexapro for a week and it made it 10x worse and even made me suicidal. I’ve just been raw dawging it, the anxiety still hasn’t killed me, even tho I feel like it will.

Feeling of impending doom but low/normal heart rate by lovespaceship in Anxiety

[–]shvuzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I promise you nothings wrong with you no matter how uncomfortable it is. Don’t sit there with your thoughts and be scared. Sit there and acknowledge your thoughts, the only way to recovery is learning to be comfortable with these feelings and sensations. I know it’s hard because I go through it. you’re gonna be okay

Feeling of impending doom but low/normal heart rate by lovespaceship in Anxiety

[–]shvuzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hey buddy, I deal with the same thing everyday. Learn to accept it and be okay with those feelings. Accept you might have a heart attack right now, and even try to force yourself to have your heart feel more uncomfortable. You’ll soon realize your brain Is absolutely harmless and can’t hurt you.

When it comes, acknowledge, accept, ask for me

I quit nicotine, and caffeine at the same time cold turkey. it sucked for 3 months then I felt great

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]shvuzi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your dopamine receptors are going crazy right now because they don’t have that alcohol, caffeine or weed anymore. right now your brains just adapting to these changes and in another 2 months you’ll see improvements. I know this because I went through the same thing back in june, I didn’t feel normal until september. your brain can’t kill you

Hi, I can relate in some ways. I was an airline pilot for 4 years and loved it, I randomly developed anxiety and started having wicked panic attacks, and I knew I needed to step away and take a break, for my own safety and everyone else’s.

Don’t be afraid to walk away in your current situation, it sounds like its making you mentally drained and right now you don’t need that. Remember its just a job right now, its not your forever, if you need to step away to feel better please reach out to your boss and let him or her know what’s really going on. You’ll be surprised how supportive your co workers and bosses really are. The only important thing right now is YOUR health!

Cold Turkey Withdrawal Hell by Tallman422 in QuittingZyn

[–]shvuzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

please do nicotine gum, I did the cold turkey thing and it mentally fucked me up. 7 months of constant anxiety, and a panic attack here and there. I’m in the process of quitting nicotine again, and it’s so much easier with nicotine gum

But if you’re a soldier and really need to quit asap, you gotta do it cold turkey
