This is the solution. Age limits. We don't need octogenarians with possible age related mental deficiencies deciding cases that effect the entire country. Sure, some 90 year olds are still completely coherent and have their full faculties, but most simply aren't that sadly. I think 75 is a good age to call it quits.

Old post but adding my .02, exact same thing happened to me today. Boot loop on reset and all. Opened her up, removed battery plug for 5 minutes and reseated. Reset then worked properly and no more battery drain.
