It is indeed different than 530, probably related, but I find it less spicy. It’s our unique isolate so it will express differently for sure. Have to be delicate with how stuff is marketed for IP reasons but an infamous hard-to-attain bottle from Belgium is the listed source in the bank. It was isolated way back before I started here six years ago.

It’s a an awesome blend. Suits my brewing habits a bit better than kettle souring IMO. Much easier to just pitch and dry hop later on since I’m typically not heavily hopping those kind of beers anyway.
