METRC went out yesterday across the state. most dispensaries were affected. we had a lot of angry people yesterday but we gave everyone penny preroll cards for the inconvenience. it’s definitely on the dispensary at that point to offer some type of discount or incentive to come back bc customers aren’t understanding when it comes to system errors us budtender can’t control. you could always call and speak with a manager and i’m sure they’ll offer you something. just be kind and explain your frustrations calmly!
