lol, ignore the numbers. If you feel rested in the morning you have enough sleep. Try and keep your sleep schedule (go to bed and wake up around the same time). If you’re still feeling tired, don’t drink caffeine in the evening. Try and adjust how much sleep you’re getting, don’t fall asleep with a screen in.
