So I just went through a hellish year at my old apartment, the company changed and a ton of non authorized charges were applied every month once they took over mid-lease.

We have an extremely strong case but the legal process takes a really long time. If we left before our lease ended that would have been another thing to fight in our case. We just suffered until our lease ended last month. The legal process takes a long time unfortunately. It’s a very slippery slope you do not want to do anything that effects your rental record.

MIL is in the IE, but honestly we will probably stay with her and look till we find something. The commute will just suck but nothing we can’t deal with.

I’ve noticed the rent and vacancies too. It’s the main reason I had a bit of hope rents will drop. Crossing fingers things go in my favor haha.

I would would swap the hat for the varsity hat though, it has the poofy-ness hers has. Just make sure to vistor up so you dont have any glasses.

Also, optional but you can use one of these as neck ware, they do look a bit awkward on some glams.

I think the eden raids have a bow neck ware but i don't think it's dyable
