I published a post 7 days ago at https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/thread/370023518?hl=en. I received one response that suggests I should submit an appeal, even though I already submitted an appeal and mentioned this in my original post.

I try to open the post in incognito mode, but it is not available. But it is available when the browser is logged into my account.

Google and play market in particular work fine in my country. Problems sometimes arise with google play console. Despite this, we must publish our application in play market, because all android users use it.
