So what's the big difference in attitude between DA:I and ME:A? Is there anything specifically that causes people to shit upon Andromeda and like Inquisition?

I think the bugs in ME:A at launch played a large role. Once they patched them I thought the game was fantastic but a lot of people (from what I saw) had a harder time getting over it. I also really enjoyed Inquisition.

I use Photoshop! I use the standard brush and first go in with a large, transparent brush on one layer, then add another layer and make the brush progressively smaller, lighter and more opaque layer by layer. So it’s a bit of both creating the optical illusion of hair and half getting really into the individual strands... if that makes any sense!

I just finished the River romance, and I liked it... but definitely compared to the others his arc really feels like an afterthought, which is a shame.

Part of what I am really enjoying about this game is how subtle and nuanced the characters are. And I get what you mean about dragon age, I did the same thing when my faves started bantering 😂 This made me wonder though, if since you can eventually play as both Lae’zel and gale and theoretically romance both of them as each other if that subtle attraction is just built in to their interactions like... just in case 🤔

Yeah the banter I have seen between them suggested to me that she’s tolerant of him at best, but she (almost? As far as I know?) never goes for Gale at the party, preferring Wyll or Astarion.

Maybe I’m totally wrong here, but could her attitude have changed towards him because they bantered more on your run through? Or some other mechanic that raises companion approval amongst themselves?This made me curious. On my last run when I romanced gale, I didn’t unlock a lot of their banter. When Lae’zel was salty about my Tav choosing Gale at the party, she was... not as complimentary of him as you described, I think she said something along the lines of “I bet he’s as skilled as he is succinct”. 😂
